So, how did this all start?

Hi, my name is Matt and I have interested in food for over the last 35 years. I have always had a passion for food and spent over 10 years in catering followed by many years travelling and trying out new foods.

I have enjoyed a varied career, including a geologist and physics teacher and have finally returned full circle to creating foods that I love and want to share.

I have created a range of herb and spice mixes that are hand blended to save both time and effort, yet give terrific flavour to create at home.

THE TEAM

I am a sole trader and as such, my team is me. I am the chef, bottle washer, accountant and developer of what I hope will be a wonderful taste experience for everyone.
